While we hope you and your pet love your order, we get it. Sometimes it just doesn’t work out. You can return your item(s), for any reason, for a full refund within 365 days of purchase. We’ll even pay the return shipping. All we ask is that you let us know why the item didn’t work for you.
The easiest and fastest way for you to return an order is to login to your account at everypet.com to get a pre-paid label.
Go to everypet.com and click on Account in the upper right hand corner.
Log into your account using your email address and password.
Click on the order you wish to return.
Check the box to the left of the item(s) you wish to return and click on the ‘Submit’ box.
A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you for the items you are returning. If for any reason you are unable to print out a label, we would be happy to have the label mailed out to you.
Now just print and tape it to your shipping box.
Bring it to any authorized FedEx shipping location and you’re DONE!
Orders over $45 ship FREE! All other orders ship for a flat rate of $4.95.
EveryPet processes and ships orders immediately so you and your pet can get your goods as soon as possible. You can cancel orders that haven’t shipped yet by contacting customer service by email. If the order has already shipped and you still wish to cancel it, you can file a return request (don’t worry, it’ll be approved) once you receive the order.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 days of our receiving your returned product. In some cases a refund can be issued without requiring the item to be returned. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
All return credits are processed back to the original method of payment. Please be sure to let the purchaser know that the item just wasn’t quite right for you and your pet, as they will see the refund within 10 days of return receipt.
We do not offer exchanges, though we would love to help you find something that is right for you! Please feel free to return your order and place a new order for a different product.

As our inventory changes and we bring in new favorites, you may see a drop in price after purchase. We’ll match the price of a qualifying item on everypet.com within 30 days after purchase. The difference will be issued as a credit back to the original form of payment. Contact Customer Service using the Contact Us form located here.
Competitor Price Matching
We are happy to match the price of qualifying items at Amazon (excluding 3rd party sellers), Chewy, Petflow, Petco, and Petsmart. Item must be identical and sale price must be current. As long as we can pull up the competitor’s price on their website, we will match it. We are not able to price match shipping charges.
Shipping Carriers and Timeframes
Our goal is to get orders to you and your pet as quickly as possible. To accomplish this, we use a variety of carriers to best serve you.
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $45 (before taxes and shipping)! Discount will apply at checkout on eligible orders.
For all other orders below $45, a flat rate of $4.95 will apply for orders shipping to the contiguous US. At this time, we do not ship outside the contiguous United States.
P.O. boxes, APO/FPO Addresses, or international addresses
Unfortunately, no. We currently only ship within the contiguous United States.
EveryPet is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California. If your order is being delivered to this state, you will see sales tax being collected on your final order confirmation.
