While we hope you and your pet love your order, we get it. Sometimes it just doesn’t work out. You can return your item(s), for any reason, for a full refund within 365 days of purchase. We’ll even pay the return shipping. All we ask is that you let us know why the item didn’t work for you.
The easiest and fastest way for you to return an order is to login to your account at everypet.com to get a pre-paid label.
- Go to everypet.com and click on Account in the upper right hand corner.
- Log into your account using your email address and password.
- Click on the order you wish to return.
- Check the box to the left of the item(s) you wish to return and click on the 'Submit' box.
- A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you for the items you are returning. If for any reason you are unable to print out a label, we would be happy to have the label mailed out to you.
- Now just print and tape it to your shipping box.
- Bring it to any authorized FedEx shipping location and you’re DONE!
